Handsome D.S. as Governor of South Carolina, 1p. oblong folio, Charleston, Mar. 10, 1794, a partly-printed grant of 1,000 acres in the "District of Camden" to one Robert Brodie. Boldly signed at bottom, with the rarely-encountered complete wax pendant seal of South Carolina with palmetto tree. Folds, with a negligible pair of tiny holes at blank fold junctions, overall very good with a perfect signature.
