A rare typed D.S. as Governor of Arkansas, 1p. legal folio, Little Rock, May 23, 1989 being a gubernatorial proclamation "Monday, May 29, 1989, has been designated as Memorial Day...both a day of national mourning and a day of remembrance, which honors the memory of all those who gave their lives in defense of this country..." With foil seal of the state affixed at lower left. Very fine condition. Documents signed by Clinton as governor are seldom seen on the market.
