Attractive, manuscript on vellum from the reign of William IV, 1p., 25" x 21", Norfolk (U.K.) April 1, 1833, an indenture between Anna Hammond and Richard Hammond for a one year lease on a parcel of land in Norfolk County. With a blue royal tax stamp affixed above a circular date stamp in the left margin. Signatures with red wax seals in the lower portion. Signed during the reign of William IV, the last monarch of the House of Hanover. Ideal for display. Usual folds, else very $300 - 400
