Description:

"WHY THE ARYAN LAW?"
German anti-Semitic publication "Warum Arierparagraph?", ("Why the Aryan Law?"), by Drs. E. H. Schulz and R. Frercks, published by the Racial Policy Office of the NSDAP, Berlin, 1934. 67pp. 8vo., paperback with illustrations and graphs. The book summarizes the anti-Jewish laws and provides statistics "proving" how Jews are over-represented in important parts of society. Interestingly, the tract promises that Jews will be well treated - only their social standing is intolerable. The authors take exception to data that suggests that Jews are over-represented in high-paying professions, and that they represent over one-half of the faculty at the University of Berlin. Very good.
