Color S.P. of Westmoreland in full uniform, posed chest, up in front of an American flag. Accompanied by a brief A.L.S. on his personal letterhead, 1p. 4to., South Carolina, Feb. 1, 1989, to Dr. Kaiser. In full: "If one does not take advantage of educational opportunities while one is young, it may be too late. W.C. Westmoreland". Both pieces in near fine condition. $100-150
