Description:

WEHRPASS AND WOUND BADGE IN GOLD FOR A FALLEN SOLDIER
Lot of two items includes a Wherpass issued to Panzergrenadier Leo Musuloch, born 1907 in Wanne-Eickel. It appears that this soldier served most of his time in the area of Croatia, undoubtedly fighting Tito's partisands. His last unit was the 64th Panzer Grenadiers, in August, 1944, and the entry for August 4, 1944 simply reads: "Fallen". Sold with a solid-back Wound Badge in Gold, maker marked "L22" on obverse, likely related.
