T.L.S. on Tuskegee Normal and Industrial Institute letterhead, 1p. oblong 8vo., Tuskegee, [n.d.], to the editor of "The Journal", sending him a copy of a report. He writes: "I send you herewith copy of my last report to the Board of Trustees. It has not been given to the public before. I think you will find in it some matters of interest." Usual folds, very light feathering to end of signature, otherwise very good. $200-300
