The circular order recruiters to be on the lookout for: "ruptures...scald heads [???]...liability to fits...habitual drunkenness". The document also mentions an eight dollar bounty, methods in which accounts are to be drawn-up, organization of companies, double rations for generals and select officers, instructions for surgeons, etc. Fine. $200-300
