Description:
pen used by the British Delegation to sign the Treaty of Versailles in 1919. The pen was awarded to the Messenger to the Prime Minister, F.W. Holness and measures 4 3/4" long with an engraving: "F. HOLNESS FROM THE PRIME MINISTER PARIS JUNE 28, 1919". Matted and framed with Holness' original passport and special identification for the peace conference. Pen bears some signs of wear, not examined out of frame. A most important relic from this historic treaty. We have never seen another like it on the market!.
