Signed by Henry Shore but not by Carnarvon. The Folds, else very good. Manuscript indenture, 27" x 25", on heavy vellum, March 31, 1853, the transfer of land between William Butler and Eli Bentley. Folds, otherwise fine and attractive for display. Also, a manuscript document, 2pp., 27" x 25", Oct. 26, 1866, concerning a post nuptial settlement or leasehold.
