A lot of seven items signed by notable Union generals, including: THEOPHILUS GARRARD (1812-1902), commanded a mixed brigade of infantry and calvary at the Cumberland Gap until 1864,signature adding rank as brigadier general; JAMES FESSENDEN (1833-1882), primarily a staff officer until late war when he would command an infantry brigade in the Western Theater, signature with tank as general; JAMES FORSYTH (1834-1906), primarily a staff officer until being appointed chief of staff to the Union calvary during the Appomattox Campaign, bold signature cut from a document; GRENVILLE M. DODGE (1831-1916), pioneering figure in military intelligence who served as chief of intelligence for Grant bold signature cut from a document; WILLIAM FRANKLIN (1823-1903) a corps commander for the Army of Potomac wounded at the battle of Mansfield; inlaid, signature with rank; JOHN FULLER (1827 – 1891) commander of the 27th Ohio infantry and one of the few generals who wasn't born in the U.S. signature with rank cut from a document; and KENNER GARRARD (1827-1879), commander of the 146th New York Vols. who would fight at Fredericksburg, Chancellorsville and Gettysburg, signature with rank cut from a document, mounted. Signature is always required, unless other arrangements are made. Handling and shipping charges will be added to the invoice in one entry. Buyers should be aware that large, framed, fragile or odd shaped items can incur substantial shipping and packing charges. International shipments are invoiced by DIMENSIONAL weight, not the item weight.
