A nice lot of Presidential pieces, includes: RICHARD NIXON, bold signature on a bookplate for his volume The Real War, HERBERT HOOVER, T.L.S. 1p. 4to., New York, Nov. 21, 1956, to Edward LaVallin of the Philadelphia Business Club, declining an invitation; BESS TRUMAN, T.L.S. 1p. 8vo., Independence, Mar. 17, 1977, to a gentleman sending thanks for a gift of perfume. With the original envelope. Along with JOHN W. SNYDER, T.L.S. 1p. 4to., Oct. 28, 1963, thanking a gentleman for his contribution to the Truman library, and enclosing a signed One Dollar Silver Certificate. Five pieces in all, each fine condition.
