TRUMAN (1884 - 1972) 33rd President of the United States who led the country during the closing days of World War II, authorizing the use of nuclear power to secure the decisive victory of the Allies, through the re-building of Europe under the Marshall Plan and on into the Korean War. Superb oversize S.P. 9 1/2" x 12 1/2" b/w, likely as President, boldly signed in the white bottom margin. Fine. Uninscribed signed photos of Truman are scarce!
