(1744 - 1800) American Revolutionary officer, President of the Continental Congress, major general, and member of the Constitutional Convention. Partly-printed D.S. as Governor of Pennsylvania, 1p. oblong folio, Philadelphia, Aug. 30, 1794, a land grant issued to "Jeremiah Warder Parker and Company...a certain tract of land called 'Aylesbury' situate[d] in Luzerne County...Containing Four hundred acres" Countersigned by ALEXANDER J. DALLAS as Secretary of State. With embossed seal of the State at top left. Usual folds, Light marginal wear, else very good.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made. Handling, shipping and insurance charges will be added to the invoice in one entry.
