(1744 - 1800) American Revolutionary officer, President of the Continental Congress, major general, and member of the Constitutional Convention. Manuscript D.S. 1p. large vellum folio, Philadelphia, Mar. 3, 1795, an indenture in which John Everingham releases to John Hall a parcel of land consisting of 40,000 acres in South Carolina. Co-signed by Revolutionary War Major General CLEMENT BIDDLE. Signature a bit light, usual wear, otherwise very good condition, with intact blind-embossed hanging seal on pink ribbon.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made. Customer's who supply their own courier account number will still be charged a handling fee.
