In small part: "...the malignant & poisonous fever which...hath raged with extreme violence and proved mortal to some thousands of the inhabitants of the city of Philadelphia, hath greatly abated... prisoners sent from the debtors apartment in the gaol...for the preservation of their lives from the contagion...may now be removed with safety to their healths to the gaol...". A few splits carefully repaired, overall very good.
