THOMAS HANCOCK
(1703 - 1764) American clergyman and merchant and uncle of the Signer, he was a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives and Council. Manuscript D.S. "Thomas Hancock" 2pp. folio, Boston, Aug. 30, 1751 being an extensive account between Hancock and Caleb Trowbridge running between 1748 and 1750 for a enormous variety of dry goods including fabrics (including silk, muslin, cotton, calico, chintz, "Taffaty", "Silk & Hair buttons", lace and more), paper, books, shoe buckles, ribbon, knives, plates, pepper "Bohe Tea", "Mourning Crape", and much more. Light toning at folds with partial separations, else very good condition.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made. Customer's who supply their own courier account number will still be charged a handling fee.
