Group of seven magazines published in the Third Reich, including: six issues of"Die Wehrmacht" magazine, each folio, which promoted the newly formed Wehrmacht to a mainly younger audience. Each issue is well illustrated with photos and advertisements, and features many articles about the exploits of the German military. Minor damp stains on some of the issues, with some issues showing minor tears near the edges, else very good. WITH: Scarce magazine,"Olympic Games 1936: Official Organ of the XI. Olympic Games, Berlin, 1936", no. 15, 88pp. folio, 1936, written in English and distributed in New York by the German Railroads Information Office. In addition to containing information about the event, the magazine shows some noteworthy photographs, including: a photograph of large crowds near swastika banners, captioned"Thousands of youths were present at the special..."; a photograph of a marathon gold-medalist from the 1896 Olympics gifting Adolf Hitler, the"patron of the Berlin Festival", an olive branch from Olympia; and a photograph of the"Hindenburg" flying over the stadium, just one year before its destruction. Spotted foxing on the covers, else very good. Seven pieces.

Shipments are sent via USPS Priority, USPS International Priority, FedEx and DHL (for most overseas shipments) or FedEx Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature is always required, unless other arrangements are made. International shipments are invoiced by DIMENSIONAL weight, not the item weight.
