A group of eight items by Naval personnel and officers, includes: JOHN M. ELICOTT TL.S. 1p. 4to., Newport, Jan. 14, 1901, to the customs brokerage firm Tice & Lynch regarding a payment; RICHMOND PEARSON HOBSON, A.L.S. 1p. 8vo., sending funds; FRENCH E. CHADWICK, A.L.S. 1p. 8vo., Dec. 16, 1908, requesting a book; LEWIS SAYER VAN DUZER, A.L.S. 1p. 8vo., aboard the USS Iowa, sending funds. Damaged at right, costing signature but an additional signature in text unaffected, and three others, including the editor of the Journal of the United States Artillery, an "Evans" aboard the USS Essex, John G. Lawresey [?], Naval Constructor, and one more not identified by us. Good to very good, seven pieces.

Shipping

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made. Handling, shipping and insurance charges will be added to the invoice in one entry. Buyer's should be aware that large, framed, fragile or odd shaped items can incur substantial shipping and packing charges. Customer's who supply their own courier account number will still be charged a handling fee.
