All the events leading up to the attack are examined, with two different perspectives of the massacre and lists of the dead included. There is also a half-page topographical map of the Yellowstone region showing the routes taken by the various commands, battle sites, and the site of Custer's defeat. An exceptionally detailed account! One marginal chip and small puncture in text neither of which cause any loss of text.
