A.L.S. 1p. 4to., Durham, Feb. 2, 1787, in part: "...I send you a copy of the Resolve of the general Court...I beg the favor of you to have it renewed that I have the opp'ty to notify the Def't to appear...that I may then file a Complaint & have affirmation..."
