Partial war-date A.D.S. 1p. oblong 8vo., [n.p., n.d.], in full: "Do urge his promotion and use my name in the most extravagant form of praise that any honorable man may use without...to adulation, and I will endorse it. He should be promoted. Yrs Sinc. W. T. Sherman Brig Genl". Floated and set into a brown mat with biographical plaque and image, enclosed in plexiglas. $400-500
