Early war-date partly-printed D.S. "W. T. Sherman", signed just one month after his promotion to brigadier general, 1p. tall folio, "In the Field", June 1862, a forage requisition for "Public Animals under my direction In The Field...", signed at conclusion. Folds, light staining at one portion, and bearing a fine, bold signature. Very good. $700 - 900
