Description:

SECTION OF LEATHER SEAT FROM HITLER'S LIMOUSINE
An interesting relic, a 1" x 1" section of black leather removed from Adolf Hitler's 1939 Mercedes Benz 770K convertible limousine, the same vehicle used to parade Hitler and Benito Mussolini through the streets of Munich on June 18, 1940, and used by Hitler in his victory parade in Berlin, July 6, 1940. The six-ton vehicle had bullet-proof windows and was bomb and mine-proof. The relic is mounted to a laminated octavo descriptive sheet, numbered 432, and signed in print by Ralph Engelstad, President of the Imperial Palace Hotel in Las Vegas, and a notary. The hotel's ownership of the limousine has been extensively documented. Fine condition.
