Description:

SANDRA GOOD (b. 1944) Long-time member of the Mason Family and a close friend of Lynette "Squeaky" Fromme. Good was in jail with Mary Brunner for attempting to use stolen credit cards when the TateLa Bianca murders took place, but was arrested at Spahn Ranch during the August 16th raid. In 1975 Good was sentenced to 15 years for sending death threats, and was paroled in 1985. Somewhat ironic Easter greeting card signed with her "family" name "Blue", 9"x 9 1/2" overall, reads on front: "The Easter Bunny has prepared a basket of eggs especially for a man like you! " With in the greeting card reads: "You never heard of deviled eggs?" Good writes: "Hi - The Catholic priest, Father Kelly, gave us these nice religious Easter cards to mail. I dreamed you were playing basket ball - your hair was medium length & curly & you were healthy & you played far out basketball. I'm in the hole. Love, Blue" From a grouping of Good's cards and letters to Manson in the estate of Manson's biographer NUEL (MELTON) EMMONS (1927-2002), who had once been jailed with and later befriended Manson. He co-wrote "Manson in His Own Words".
