SAMUEL FREEMAN
(1743 - 1831) American Revolutionary, member of the Massachusetts Provincial Congress and House of Representatives. Scarce partly-printed D.S. as court clerk, 4pp. 8vo., Cumberland Co., Ma., Mar. 12, 1804, a judgment against one William Hore in the amount of $1,500.00 for damages on account of his not having repaid a debt. Also included is a list of Hore's assets including furniture, dried cod, "2 box segars", lumber, sugar, etc. Very good.
