Lot of four T.L.S.'s, one as Secretary of State, 4pp. 4to., 1906 and 1915, the 1906 letter with good content naming countries which had agreed to participate in naval and military exercises commemorating the "Jamestown Exposition", two of the other letters discussing a bill "to exclude certain publications from the mails", overall very good. $150 - 200
