F.D.R. expresses his thanks for having been sent a report from the Committee to Review Medical and Hospital Problems in connection with Workmen's Compensation Insurance, and acknowledges that "economic conditions" had limited the ability of Chandler's committee to raise funds. He asks that Chandler serve for another year to continue his "very constructive efforts". Near fine.
