ROBERT BADEN-POWELL(1857 - 1941) English soldier and the savior of Mafeking who later founded the Boy Scouts. Fine association T.L.S. "Baden-Powell" on The Boy Scouts Association letterhead, 1p. 4to., London, Nov. 1, 1933, to Charles D. Hart, a major early Boy Scouts author and leader in Philadelphia. Baden Powell notes that he is returning two copies of his book to Hart. Hart's address has, for some unknown reason, been pasted at top of letter, otherwise in fine condition.
