(Quaker Preacher) Fine content A.L.S. 3pp. 4to., Virginia, 1826 concerning the experiences of a traveling Quaker preacher. E. Robson writes his wife concerning his travels, Quaker meetings, and so on. In part: "...had 9 meetings beside one in a Poor House... with a poor young man in Prison under sentence of death for setting fire to the Stable of the person who claimed him as his Slave. He was executed the following day... one of the meetings was with Seamen...." Seal tear, otherwise very good.
