Description: PORFIRIO DIAZ
(1830 - 1915) President of Mexico whose dictatorial regime managed to bring peace and prosperity to Mexico until he was overthrown by Madero. A group of three partly-printed Ds.S., 1p. folio, each dated July 22, 1863, in Spanish, untranslated, but apparently amendments to laws. Bound to 9pp. of other documents in Spanish, evidently collateral material including notarized documents, financial material and so forth. The three Diaz Ds.S. could be removed if desired. Wear, splitting to margins, folds, overall just good condition.
