835. ALBERT PIKE (1809-1891) Confederate brigadier general who led Indians fighting for the Confederacy at Pea Ridge. He resigned in protest over the treatment of his Indian soldiers. Partly-printed D.S. "Pike & Baldwin", [n.p.], Oct. 1844, a circuit court legal document concerning a lawsuit. Engrossed and signed by Pike at conclusion. Lightly toned folds and slight staining to right margin, overall very good. $100-150
