Buck The original typewritten manuscript of the screenplay for the film "Imperial Woman" based on Buck's novel of China of the same title, 123pp. 4to., 1963 Each page has been extensively revised by Buck, with numerous holographic corrections an marginal notes also in her hand. Included are three pages of additional comments and revisions, with a total of many thousands of words in her hand. On the last page, she notes: "This is such an unlikely love scene that I can't accept it as it is". Excellent condition!
