PAUL TIBBETS A neat commemorative item, a model of the "Little Boy" atomic bomb which Tibbets dropped on Hiroshima, with wood base and descriptive plaque boldly signed in silver ink by Tibbets. The blue replica of the bomb measures about 10 1/2" long and is in turn set atop a 17" x 6" ebony-colored wood base. A descriptive plaque is mounted beside the bomb, and describes particulars of Tibbets' historic mission, and the plaque is signed by Tibbets in a space provided near center. Fine condition .
