ORIGINAL RED CROSS POSTER ARTWORK
Original Red Cross poster artwork, 19" x 25 1/2" on brown paper, shows a bandaged American soldier seated against a wall as he smokes a pipe, with the poster appealing to the viewer to contribute to the "Benefit of the Tobacco Fund". Painted by H. B. B. Sturgis, 1917. Framed in a period oak frame, very good.
