SHALIKASHVILI (1936-2011), Supreme Allied Commander Europe from 1992 to 1993 and the 13th chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from 1993 to 1997, signed transcript of a press interview, Dec. 14, 1993, along with a T.L.S. on official letterhead, 1p. 8vo., 1994 sending the interview.
