Khruschev" as First secretary of the All Union Central Committee, 2pp. 8" x 2", [Moscow], 1952, a red leather-bound identification book with gold lettering issued to a high-ranking party official and bearing the man's picture and an official stamp within, boldly signed by Khruschev in dark brown ink at lower right. Khruschev is rare in any form, this example is most relevant and attractive.
