Partly-printed D.S. as Czar, 1p. small folio, Tsarskoe Selo, Feb. 20, 1905, an Imperial Decree: "...We Most Graciously have bestowed the title of cavalier of Our Imperial and Royal Orders of Saint Anna...upon Colonel Dmitri Dutov...We Command the Chapter of Orders to issue these cavaliers the medals and documents for the above...".
