NICHOLAS II
(1868 - 1918) Czar of Russia forced by the Revolution of 1905 to create a Russian parliament and approve a constitution, abdicated during the February Revolution, assassinated with his family by the Bolsheviks after the October Revolution of 1917. Manuscript D.S. 2pp. legal folio, Tsarkoe-Selo, Mar. 18, 1914, an Imperial Decree, in part: "...We Most Graciously have bestowed the title of Cavalier of Our Imperial and Royal Orders of Saint Anna...upon Vasili Konovalov and Gustin Bajinski...We command the Chapter of Orders to issue these Cavaliers the medals and documents for the above...". Minor wrinkling, a light mounting strip on verso, otherwise very good condition.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made. Customer's who supply their own courier account number will still be charged a handling fee.
