MUNCHEN: VOM WESEN EINER DEUTSCHEN STADT
A Nazi volume entitled Munich: The Essense of a German City published by Verlags und Vertriebs GmbH in Munich, 1939, celebrating that city's history and modern-day life within Nazi Germany. The hardbound volume, 133p. 4to. was created by the mayor of Munich and Reichsleiter Karl Fiehler to capture the city's history and its political importance to the Reich. Pictures within show the Zeppelin, House of German Art, government buildings, Hitler, Mussolini and so forth. Heavily illustrated with cityscapes and so forth, with a sculpture bust of Hitler tipped-in as the frontis portrait. Very good to near fine condition.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made.
