MICKEY ROONEY(b. 1920) Diminutive American actor who played opposite Judy Garland in the Andy Hardy series. Charming, very early I.S.P. 7" x 9" sepia, showing Rooney in head and shoulders with beret. Boldly inscribed at bottom in his childish hand: "Best of luck always P.S. Don't do anything I wouldn't do. Mickey Rooney". Light wear to top right corner and a tiny fold thereon, mounting traces to verso, overall very good.
