381. MERCURY 7 A fine Mercury 7 piece, a quarto size, black and white poster entitled "Mercury Astronauts" showing individual formal portraits of SCOTT CARPENTER, GORDON S. COOPER, JOHN GLENN, VIRGIL "GUS" GRISSOM, WALTER SCHIRRA, ALAN SHEPARD, and DONALD "DEKE" SLAYTON. Each astronaut has signed beneath his image, including Grissom, whose image and signature are perfectly centered. Schirra's signature has light ink bleed, and Slayton's signature is faded. Some staining and wrinkling, and surface loss to Carpenter's image. Good condition.
