Typed D.S. 1p. oblong 8vo., Pittsburgh, Feb. 13, 1909, a formal proxy notice, along with an identical one signed by his brother RICHARD B. MELLON, relating that Mellon appoint John C. Slack or John H. Chalfant to vote their stock at the annual shareholders meeting. Both in very good to fine condition. Two pieces. $250-350
