Folio, Philadelphia, Oct. 10, 1806, a grant of 1,099 acres called "Stockbridge" and located in Potter County to one Thomas M. Willing. But for a few clean folds, this document is in excellent condition, with a bold signature and complete star-shaped seal, nicely double-matted and set into a wood frame. $300-400
