Lot of five photographs of World War II Marine Tomas Hatsis, varying size, mostly portraits of Hatsis in uniform, including one in a miniature gilt frame. Sold with a certificate from the 'Domain of Neptunus Rex', 19 x 15 in., inaugurating Hatsis as a 'trusty shellback' of the 'Solemn Mysteries of the Ancient Order of the Deep' after he crossed the Equator aboard the U.S.S. Mount Vernon, March 17, 1943. Folds, with some chipping. Also includes miscellaneous pieces of ephemera, including Memorial Day programs, boxing programs, a burlesque leaflet, etc.

Due to complications from the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we will ship with USPS Priority Mail only if the buyer submits their request to us in writing and accepts responsibility for delayed shipments. Signature is always required, unless other arrangements are made. Handling and shipping charges will be added to the invoice in one entry. Buyers should be aware that large, framed, fragile or odd shaped items can incur substantial shipping and packing charges. International shipments are invoiced by DIMENSIONAL weight, not the item weight.
