1099. CHARLES MANSON (b.1934) Drifter whose "family" committed the infamous Tate-LaBianca murders in 1969. So far has eluded the gas chamber. A.L.S. "Manson", 2pp, folio, on a single lined yellow sheet referring to a ring. In part: "At one time I had a ring like that. IF IT IS the ring, it has power - if it could talk it would yell...I gave it to K.Y. a stage in the state of K.Y. to redeem the soul of a play...They were bad people so bad they destroyed there [sic] own temples...they were from an old grave & after I gave from the heart of real they wanted to feel big trying to make me look foolish for showing weakness...". Manson has drawn a picture of the ring on page two. Very good. $200 - 300
