In part: 'I am doing my best to duck past the Ka and all emotions it inspires as I meet conflict and feel it eating me...if I succumb to the feelings of hat that I feel, I could destroy myself in mad rebellion...I will use myself like the world's finest treasures and be untouched by greed, fear and all that is not in harmony with the heartbeat of a newborn child...the Chicago nut, a P.J. turned Catholic...If he starts in, I'm gonna write in & tell how much I like Hitler'. She signs 'R' [for 'Red'] at the conclusion. Mailing folds, else fine. Sold with a transmittal envelope, signed 'L. F. Davis Hall' in the mailing address and bearing a Aug. 11, 1980 cancel.
