LOUIS D. BRANDEIS
(1856 - 1941) Associate Justice of the Supreme Court, remembered for his powerful devotion to the freedom of speech. A pair of legal documents pertaining to the estate of one Samuel D. Warren of Boston. The first, 8pp. legal folio, Boston, April 28, 1910, is an agreement made between Warren and the executors of his will, while the second, 3pp. legal folio, Mar. 30, 1912, is the division of Warren's date upon his death. Both signed by Brandeis at conclusion along with signatures of the parties involved. In original folded form, one bearing original envelope. Very good condition, two pieces.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made.
