Description:

Lionel Richie "Lady" signed contract
A scarce signed four page contract from the noted singer and songwriter who has sold over 100 million records, Los Angeles, Sep. 29, 1980, in which Richie, as President of Brockman Music (from his middle name), agrees with The Big 3 Music Corp. to give them the right worldwide to sell printed copies of his song "Lady". In return, Richie is to be paid between 10% and 21.5% of the retail selling price. Boldly signed with a huge signature at conclusion, and in overall fine condition. Richie originally composed "Lady" for Kenny Rogers, which hit #1 in 1980, and he produced Rogers' Share Your Love album the following year. Of course, the song was a huge success for both singers.
