", 1p. 4to., Maui, Hawaii, Apr. 18, 1972 to his personal secretary Mrs. Jean Saunders regarding a money order to be paid to J. Carlisle MacDonald to cover royalties for Lindbergh's book We. In full: "Dear Mrs. Saunders: Would you please get a money order for $18.39 made out to J. Carlisle MacDonald, and attach to the enclosed letter. If the letter is satisfactory to you, please sign and mail to Mr. MacDonald. Please put the money-order receipt in my folder on the Chinese Chest. I enclose a check for $20.00. Many thanks, C.A.L. ".
